ORDERING A COMISSION FROM ME MEANS YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. I DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY IF YOU HAVE NOT READ THEM.

I have the right to decline the commission If I can't make it or if something seems suspicious (scammers, trolls,, etc)
All commissions may be uploaded to my social media, unless you want your art to stay private.
Please do not trace, copy, resell, or steal.
Do not send payment until I have accepted your commission and we have agreed on any and all details.
Clients are NOT permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens (NFT), AI machines, or Crypto-related schemes.
The use of the artwork for any advertising, profits, or "neural machine "learning"" associated with the before mentioned is strictly prohibited.
commercial use-
► 2x price to use for promotional branding, livestreaming, website, monetized platforms (Youtube thumbnails, twitch assets, website, book covers)►3x price to print artwork on goods/merch for selling. (merch, book covers, comics, products, etc)(-Commercial use is anything that generates income and for branding.)
(-Personal use means artwork won't generate any kind profit or branding. You may upload it on your social media with credit, use as a wallpaper or even printed it for yourself or as a gift (not for selling) but for you to have a physical version of your commission.

After payment I will start your commission.[If working on multiple commission i will let you know when yours will begin!]

I will send over a WIP sketch, you can ask for any fixes on the sketch.

Once I finish I can do small edits if something needs to be fixed/changed.

Commission could take about a week to a month or more depending on my workload. If work takes longer than usual I will communicate it to make sure you know the status.
